Although we offer several flexible payment options at Charlotte Family Dentistry, our club is the perfect option if you don’t have insurance. It covers your preventive care like exams and cleanings and saves you money on other treatments. You simply make low monthly payments, without worrying about insurance hassles like claim denials or benefit limits.

You’ll find membership options for adults, children, and patients vulnerable to gum disease. No matter which you choose, you could save hundreds of dollars a year on preventive care!

Charlotte Family Dentistry Membership Club Options

Adult Membership (13 and Older) $37.00/mo. (Save at least $259.20 a year!)

Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Needed x-rays^*
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
$50 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.

Perio Membership (Periodontal Disease) $69.00/mo. (Save at least $340.80 a year!)

Perio maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Needed x-rays^*
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
$50 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.

Child Membership (12 and Younger) $36.00/mo. (Save at least $182.40 a year!)

Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

Fluoride treatment
